文字识别不能识别中文，只能识别英文？？？调试了很久，都没解决

Question

在MSDN中查看了相关的函数，而且也把识别的语言改成了中文的，可是识别的结果总是中文的。

我调试跟进去，发现我的系统中的Culture列表里是有中文的，但是结果总是不是中文。。。拜托各位大牛给点解答。。。

BTW，我的系统是Windows 7 Ultimate版本。。。

和 UnicodeEncoding.GetEncoding("GB2312")这个有关吗？

C#是语言不是软件，没有文字识别功能。如果你在使用一个文字识别组件，联系组件的开发商。

我很同意蒋晟的说法。
我不晓得你是软件不能显示还是怎么的，我以前有遇到过记事本不能显示中文的(乱码)，通过下面的修改就可以了。
Control Panel->Region and Language->Administrative
修改current Language for non-Unicode programs 为 Chinese(Simplified,PRC)
