visualc++2015的公共工具 无法安装问题至今微软官方还未解决？

各位好：

现在已经2017年2月底了，去年安装vs2015时遇到的“visualc++2015的公共工具“无法安装的问题至今好像还没解决，我进入下面链接https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedbackdetail/view/3113701/common-tools-for-visual-c-2015-couldnt-be-installed-after-the-checking-and-updating-it-from-control-panel  查看了一下，微软官方还没给出解决方法，这件事是不了了之了呢，还是说微软那边还需要一定时间来解决它？我在期待答案！

我们主要是分析问题解决问题，如果是bug我们会提交给产品组，等待产品组确认bug和修复。我们也会一直关注这个问题，如果有解决方法会进行更新。谢谢理解。
