Cannot pass test on Intel Chipset USB3.0 Controller RRS feed

    Dear MS Support,

    I am using HCK/HLK. Our USB product (Sentinel HASP/HL key) cannot pass USB3.0 test with Intel USB 3.0 Controller, but can pass USB3.0 test with Renesas USB 3.0 Controller.

    I have no enough Renesas USB 3.0 PCI card. Do you think I can pass USB3.0 test with Intel USB 3.0 Controller?

    I am using HCK 8.100.27024, and HLK 10.1.14393.4. Need I update my HCK and HLK? Attach picture of Intel USB 3.0 Controller/Renesas USB 3.0 Controller on Device manager.

    The failure could be caused by a number of different issues (OS, Test, or driver). Somethings that can be tried to resolve this is ensuring the latest kits for the OS's being tested are being used, ensure that the drivers for controller are certified, try loading the latest filters for the tests (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/test/hlk/user/windows-hardware-lab-kit-filters). Specifics are key to investigating issues like this.
