  • Because that is the job that sends data from the UPSA -> Site Collections, where as 'Profile Synchronization Status' refers to your directory (e.g. Active Directory) to the UPSA.

  • Hi AdithyaDugyala,

If the timer job is running very fast, it will not display in the Running Jobs.

To check if the timer job runs successfully, you could go to Monitoring-> Check job status->Job History.

  • Hi AdithyaDugyala,

You could disable and enable the “User Profile Service Application - User Profile to SharePoint Full Synchronization” timer job.

Then run the “User Profile Service Application - User Profile to SharePoint Full Synchronization” timer job to check if the timer job will display in the job history.

  • Hi AdithyaDugyala,

To troubleshoot the issue, you could stop and start the “User Profile Service” in the manage services in servers

And then you could run SharePoint 2013 products configuration wizard.
