  • Hi!

    I am trying to use Visual C++ 2010 Express and encountered the following problem.

    1. Start page --> New Project;

    2. Windows Forms Application;

         --> Name: Hello World,

         --> Location: D:\CPP Projects\

    3. Then I press the little green arrow to "Debug";

    4. The following were displayed on the output window;

    1>------ Build started: Project: Hello World1, Configuration: Debug Win32 ------

    1> stdafx.cpp

    1> AssemblyInfo.cpp

    1> Hello World1.cpp

    1> Generating Code...

    1> .NETFramework,Version=v4.0.AssemblyAttributes.cpp

    1>LINK : fatal error LNK1123: failure during conversion to COFF: file invalid or corrupt

    ========== Build: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========

    5. Then I saw an error window showing;

         "Unable to start program 'D:\CPP Projects\Hello World1\Debug\Hello World1.exe'

         The system cannot find the file specified.

    Can anyone please help to solve this problem?

    PS: I am using Windows 7 Professional, SP1
