Dead loop in registration for the Hardware Developer Program RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am forced to learn using AZURE since it is mandatory to own a so-called AZURE active directory when you want to sign up for the Windows Hardware Developer Program.  (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/Registration/Hardware)
And what´s more, I have to sign in as a global administrator in my organization's Azure Active Directory. If I open the next window under the given link above, choosing "Sign in to Azure AD" will let the system drop back to the starting page. Ok, then let´s create a new directory for free. It seemed to work since my data were accepted and I was requested to sign in with my new Azure AD account. But here the success story got into a hangup. As before, the system falls back to the initial page. It´s a dead loop without way out...
Who has managed to registrate for the "Windows Hardware developper Program" and can tell me how to proceed correctly?

Thank´s a lot for any advice.
