Make app available for windows phone 8.1 only?

Hi,

I wanted to ask if it is possible, to make an app available for windows phone 8.1 only, even if it is a WP 8.0 app.

This may sound strange.
The reason is: The app is based on windows phone app template (WAT) so many of it's features depend on the mobile browser.

This mobile browser of WP 8.0 has some bugs that are fixed in WP 8.1.

I created a WAT app for windows phone 8.0 but consider making it available for WP 8.1 only.

Btw. using WAT for universal apps is not an option since this WAT version at the moment has many bugs and some things that work in the WP 8.0 version of WAT do not work in the version for universal app.

Why not upgrade to a Silverlight 8.1 app if you want to target only Windows Phone 8.1?
