WinRT API access from webview RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

Erlier I can't access the WinRT API inside WebView. After adding "ms-appx-web:///" in manifest file (Content URIs Tab). I am able to call winRT API's from webview. The limitation here is I can not access the winRT API's from local folder files.

Here I want to ask: How can we achieve this? I also see that https content also can access the winRT API's. So is possible to create self hosting service and consume with securely.

Please let me know if you need any further information. Please help me to find the best solution here.

    Thanks,

    Pallam Madhukar.

I’m little confused about this. Could you please tell me what are the files? Are they Html file in which call some WinRT APIs?

    Best regards,
