Westminster\Hosted Web App - Not honoring CSS/Position RRS feed

  • Question

  • Simple application. I have a div that is set to an fixed position at the top of the page. When I test in Edge (or FF, Chrome, Safari, etc.) the div remains at the top of the page without any issues. However when I test within the Hosted Web App, it doesn't remain fixed to the top of the page.

    CSS is here:

    #banner {
        voice-family: "\"}\"";
        voice-family: inherit;
        width: 100%; z-index: 2;
        top: 0;

    Wondering if this is something that isn't supported in a Web App or if there is a way to accomplish differently.
