    NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.

  • What is the SQLite nuget package you're using? I think you need to upgrade to the one built for Silverlight 8.1.

    Also, I don't see "Community.CsharpSqlite.Sqlite3" anywhere in this project.

    • Commmunity in SQLite.cs  shows an error
    • I added SQLite for Windows Phone in reference section. And Nuget packages sqlite-net.
    • In SQLIte.cs we can find an error.The below shows an error.
    #if SILVERLIGHT || USE_CSHARP_SQLITE
                var r = SQLite3.Open (databasePath, out handle, (int)openFlags, IntPtr.Zero);
    #else
