  • Hello there, 

    I come quickly, I'm French, I'm 20 and I only work on a game for Windows Phone, soon finished I miss the connection to Facebook, and I really can not. 
    For some weeks I struggle to retrieve friends and their score to show in my game made ​​with Unity engine. 

    I only managed to connect to Facebook and display "Welcome ........." but I am not show friends, much less their score. 

    But since 2 days, I have no connection to Facebook! I guess it just updated the Facebook application or Windows Phone 8.1 GDR1. Now when I press the Facebook logo in my game, the application starts and closes direcement without login. 

    I wonder if there is a solution and if people with more knowledge than me could help me retrieve the names of friends who play the cheeks, so I can retrieve data from its players on my server which are stored scores.

  • It sounds like a bug in the Facebook app. Does Facebook start normally when you touch the tile?  Are there any updates available for Facebook on your phone?

  • How is your application launching the Facebook app? Is it doing it through a Unity plugin? IF so, have you contacted the plugin developer?

    We need to know what code is being used to launch the facebook app in your case to assist.

    Is the only functionality you are implementing to launch the facebook app? Or is the button supposed to log the user into facebook, then connect to a specific facebook App?

  • J'utilise Facebook SDK verser l'Unité with comptaibilité Windows Phone 8  , J'AI Suivi CE tutoriel et used le SDKhttp://chillsters.com/facebook-sdk-pour-unité-plus-windows-phone-8/ Alors , versez la connexion j'etais inspirer par le Code suivant  soutien Utilisateur non sur bouton et il lance la connexion  merci

  • That first link you shared did not work for me.    I am assuming you can build in Visual Studio and debug correct?   Can you step through some of the game code and give me more information on what is failing?  The GitHub you referenced had a lot of scripts, which script and which function is failing?

    But the problem is that if you find a bug in Visual Studio, I could not fix it on Unity. 
    (In Visual Studio you will have a Unity error but it works on a smartphone)

  • Not sure I follow your last comment there, but thanks for sharing your project.  Although the project does nothing for me.   If I understand correctly you are using the following SDK:

    Is this correct?

    If so, which one of the API's listed is failing?  

    And what is the error it is failing with.

  • Yes, I use this SDK 

    I use FB.Init function when the user presses on the facebook logo, the game closes and launches facebook, but facebook closes directly
