Cannot submit update

    Question

  • Hello,

    Cannot submit update, all sections are green but "Submit to the Store" button is disabled, last successful update was few weeks ago.

    Also for about a year now it is not possible to delete v4.5.2.0 package, the site suggests to delete it but when marked for deletion it stays and section becomes yellow. Had to restore it every time to make the packages section green.

    Did your app include packages targeting Windows 8.x/Windows Phone 8.x or earlier? Is the account you want to update the app this time the same as the account you used to update the app last time? If it is the same account and your app doesn't include Windows 8.x package, did you clean the edge cache to try? If you've tried,there may be some issue with your dashboard.

    I tested in my dashboard and can't reproduce your issue,so could you make a support ticket to ask the team which can trace your app submission process for help directly? Steps: click 'Contact us',select 'Dashboard issue' as support topic and proper issue type to 'submit an incident'.
