• Hi, I've ran into trouble with converting PNG to DDS with Visual Studio 2012. I have an image that has the dimensions 9984*1280 (it's an animation) and size 2.41MB and when I want to convert it to DDS using VS2012 (like all the images I've convert before) it won't give me the option to Save As .dds, it only gives me All Files. Another thing is when i convert the image using another method, like Paint.NET, or Photoshop, during runtime it gives me an Platform::InvalidArgumentException. To mention that I'm using DirectXTK and DX::ThrowIfFailed(CreateDDSFromTextureFile(....));

    NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.
