[UWP] What's the problem with Pivot and Flipview RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just want to use pivot or Flipview to show some classified information. each flipviewItem or PivotItem has a listview to show something. But when I sliding screen in 45 degree angle. the pivot/flipview and listview in item scrolling at sametime. UI showed a very shaky and terrible UE.

    my code is just sample:

     <FlipView x:Name="flipView" ScrollViewer.HorizontalScrollMode="Auto"   >
        <FlipViewItem Background="#FFFF0072">
            <ListView />
        </FlipViewItem>
       <FlipViewItem Background="#FFFF0072">
            <ListView />
       </FlipViewItem>
    </FlipView>

    It’s me!

  • Of course it's a bad experience. You're trying to scroll in multiple directions at once. Use rails mode to prevent scrolling in multiple directions.

    NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.
