How remove Redundant Privacy Policies?: RRS feed

  • Question

After accepting the Windows Update (KB2956575), Windows came to provide a privacy shortcut in the setting charms.

Therefore, if we have added a shortcut in code, two shortcuts will be displayed (below picture).

    (Japanese app on Japanese Windows)

    QUESTIONS:

Will we become unnecessary to write the code which adds shortcut?
If that's right, when does it become?

There are some latest Microsoft's apps which have only one shortcut of privacy policy.

For example, the e-mail calendar People, video, music, Solitare, etc.

How should we just write code in order to obtain such a result?

  • Hi biac,

Probably you should ask at Japanese forum for a better support, or use English to raise your question here.

I will move this one to off-topic since we do not understand your question :)

    Thanks for your understanding
