How to apply fast motion effect to video in Windows Phone 8.1? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Windows Phone 8.1 API has SlowMotionEffectDefinition class to apply slow motion effect to video & later save it. It's TimeStretchRate property is 1 by default. If I increase it, the video become slower. I want to make the video faster so I tried to set value less than 1, but it throws exception.

So how can I apply fast motion to video? If I have to use Media Foundation Transform, then please help me with that since I don't know C++.
