Download and purchase information

Question

Hello,

Now my first app(it is a paid app) listed in store on 09-08-2013 and my two friends have full license of my app and they purchased on released date but in my dashboard I can't see any downloads and purchase information I also checked financial summary it also shows no one purchased my app why ?

Hi,

You can open a ticket with the Commerce team by going to https://getsupport.microsoft.com  and select "App Analytics and Commerce" in the first drop-down and relevant choice in the other.

Hey GEORGE,

It is very normal to have a delay of update upto 48 to 72 hours. So, be patience you account will be updated soon.
