Latest Windows Insider build continually logs me OUT of my Microsoft Account when monitor goes to sleep but system is NOT asleep

Question

When my monitor goes to sleep I am logged out of my Microsoft account, even though my SYSTEM is awake.  I have 'Keep Me Logged In' checked all of the time.  It did not act this way under the previous build.  Suggestions? OS Build is 18362.20.
