  • I think from Unity you can export Unity project to a Windows Phone project.

    After that you can open the Windows Phone project in Visual Studio and add advertising.

  • There are two ways to include ads in your Unity game for Windows:

    1. Export to a Windows phone project, open it in Visual Studio, add the Microsoft Ad SDK.

    2. Use the Prime31 plugin for Windows ads. This is currently on a free trial, so you should definitely check the terms before using this plugin. More info here - https://prime31.com/docs#winphoneGeneral

  • Thanx but I have a problem :) ... I dont know how to add Microsoft Ad SDK to the game :D , can someone help me :D

  • Steps to integrate Microsoft Advertising SDK to Unity project.

    1. Open Windows Phone project which is exported from Unity, add Microsoft Advertising references (please refer to https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/advertising-mobile-windows-phone-8-adcontrol-visual-designer(v=msads.20).aspx) 

    2. Open MainPage.xaml file, update the LayoutRoot as below.

        <Grid>
            <Grid.RowDefinitions>
                <RowDefinition Height="*"/>
                <RowDefinition Height="Auto"/>
            </Grid.RowDefinitions>
            <DrawingSurfaceBackgroundGrid x:Name="DrawingSurfaceBackground" Loaded="DrawingSurfaceBackground_Loaded"/>

            <UI:AdControl Grid.Row="1" ApplicationId="test_client" AdUnitId="Image480_80" Width="480" Height="80"/>
        </Grid>

    3. In Solution Explorer, Open Properties\WMAppManifest.xml, in "Capabilities" tab, make sure following capabilities are chosen.
    ID_CAP_IDENTITY_USER
    ID_CAP_MEDIALIB_PHOTO
    ID_CAP_NETWORKING
    ID_CAP_PHONEDIALER
    ID_CAP_WEBBROWSERCOMPONENT

    4. Build and run in emulator or device, the ad should be shown.

  • Thanks , I did all that but I dont see any Ad on screen , I used my pubCenter to enter my Id and all that , but in pubCenter I didnt add my payment and tax details  so maybe that is the problem :D , but if it isnt a problem than I am stuck :D
