Bank Account Migration from App Hub to Dev Center RRS feed

  • Our Tax Profile and Payment account have been lost during the last change of DevCenter. So we can’t publish paid apps anymore.

    We have been receiving payments the month before. We have provided the necessary tax forms two times and I would like not having to do this a 3. time!

    The problem is that we can’t publish now paid apps and we have developed a bunch of apps with seasonal context and it’s time to market.  Any idea to fix this issue?

  • Hello Stephan,

    We apologize if your Tax profile and Payment account didn't transfer over. The quickest workaround would be to re-submit this information. Once the profile has been validated you will be able to submit/update paid apps.
