Observed white color corruption after dragging the video played in Movies and TV App to external display RRS feed

    1. Play any Video in Movies&TV Application and drag the same to External Display
    2. Do this activity multiple times.
    3. You can able to observe white screen.

    Can someone please suggest if this is expected behavior of an issue and how can it be resolved

  • temp folder may likely cause such an issue. Try clearing the temp folder.

    To clear the temp folder on your computer:
    Press the Windows key + R.
    In the Run box, type Temp, and then press Enter.
    Select all files and folders, right-click them, and then tap or click Delete.
    Note If you are notified that some files or folders are in use, select Skip.

    Alternatively, Check the system files for any accidental corruption.
