ads are not displayed, the game has been published since May 10

Question

I just created an account and published some app on the store, but my ad id recreated does not show, no report data?
My app was published on May 10, but I still couldn't see advertising data on May 21.
App is regular UWP c# app and is public on the store and have downloads etc. Test ads worked fine until its been published.

Hi Bao sang,

Did you replace the test Ad unit ID and Application ID with the real ids?Ads will not appear if you're using a test mode value for your ad unit ID when running a live app.

How long have you been recreating this ad?If you created a new ad unit ID in the past half-hour, you might not see an ad until the servers propagate new data through the system. Derive from document:No ads are shown in your app

Thank you for answering my question.

I replace the test Ad unit ID and Application ID with the real ids 

I created ads from May 15 and my app has more than 100 installs, but I still don't see ads showing on my app.

In the Advertising performance section, it says There is no data for this report.

Is the type of Ad in Dashboard the same as the type of Ad in the app? Have you made any other changes since replacing the real ids?Is your Microsoft Advertising SDK the latest version? Could you show your Ad Code (Don't include the private information) for me to analyze ?

Same problem here. App was published 17.5. and still no impressions and no requests in ad report. I think there is identical problem as here before.

Or its the dashboard....

Live info from today - apparently the man fell of his bicycle on 10th March 2019 and has yet to managed to get to the other offices to collect the report data, presumably they grazed their knee, it got infected and now had leg amputated thus slowing down collections even more as they have to hop between offices.....

I have carefully checked the steps and resubmitted the app to the store but my ad still doesn't show up.
My Microsoft Advertising SDK is the latest version.
This is my ad code, check out for me.

I'm afraid you can't do anything about it. Error is again on the Microsoft side. They must fix it again.

Same problem here, live ads not working. App was published 3 weeks ago and still no ads. Does anyone have same problem?
