  • My new labtop and the saan site I visit are not in sync and do not recognise each other, continue to uninstall and install..

    No success..

  • Hi JohnHammer,

    In IE,

    Please go to

    Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab

    Press Reset

    Check delete all personal settings

    Press Reset

    Click Ok

    Reboot for changes to take effect

    Try browsing and downloading again to determine if IE is functioning properly.

    if you are using Windows 10 OS, you need "Old" Internet Explorer : "Start menu -> All Apps -> (scroll all the way down to) Windows Accecessories -> Internet Explorer" ?
