VB app moving to App Store

I have a desktop application that I developed in VB.NET a couple years ago. I want to put it in the App Store. Do I have to re-write it in visual studio 2012, or is there an easy way to migrate it over or submit it as is? It's a desktop app only, I'm not looking for it to run on mobile or tablet devices.

You shouldn't have to change anything in your app to run on Windows 8 desktop.

Also, you can list your desktop app in the store, but you can't sell it there. That part you would have to handle on your own.
