[Desktop Bridge]Can I package x86 binaries? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have an existing project that targets only x86. My choice is to create App Store package using Visual Studio 2019. I am wondering if I will be forced to build binaries for other hardware archs. Need enlightment.

  • Hi,

So you are trying to convert your app using Windows Application Packaging Project, right?

If so, the answer is no, you could configure this manually in the Configuration Manager and ensure that your projects target the right archs.
