[UWP][C#] Where is the documentation for the .Net Core BCL / contracts ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

.Net Core contract assemblies exist because Visual Studio 2015 is able to build portable class libraries targeting .Net Framework 4.6, UWP 10.0 and ASP.NET 5, and the portable libraries built reference contract assemblies.

Where is the documentation for the contracts assemblies ?

Is there a way to compare contract assemblies versions (4.0.0.0 vs 4.0.10.0 vs 4.0.20.0) ?

  • Thank you Global Research,

I should have been more precise in my question, the reply would have been more precise... Is there a way to compare the differences between the features of the multiple contract assembly versions?

The question is all about comparing features, not version numbers.

No, we can only find some description in Nuget, for example, System.Runtime.InteropServices

    https://www.nuget.org/packages/System.Runtime.InteropServices/
