Blue Screen Error. Memory_management and System_Service_Exception RRS feed

  • I've been trying to figure out why I keep getting blue screen. It would at first be system service exception and then later on it would be memory management. At first I thought it was a windows update that it needed which I did the update but it would still do it when trying to download a game from Microsoft store I purchased. I have downloaded other games with no problem but this one for some reason will download for a bit and the blue screen will come on and restart. I'm at a loss for what could be causing this. I was wondering if someone could help me with this issue? Below I have attached the minidump and windows version that I have. Thanks in advance.

  • There are several reasons causing blue screen on your device such as faulty hardware and software issues. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error occurs due to hardware issues. Depending on their specific stop code, it will determine the cause of the blue screen you are experiencing.

    I'd like to know what specific stop code you are getting whenever you are downloading files or getting the blue screen.

    As for initial troubleshooting, you can run the Blue Screen troubleshooter by pressing Windows key + I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Under Find and fix other problems, select Blue Screen then click on Run the troubleshooter. You will be prompted to log in your admin account before you proceed in running the troubleshooter.

  • Actually it's a easy fix..R.click my computer/properties/Advanced/Virtual Memory tab/Advanced/Change button.With C: highlited,or any storage drive/set to: Let System Manage click set 2X close out/restart pc.This works for all storage devices,USB Flash included once its set to Mark as Active in Actions-All.
