Errors with Register Windows Developer Account RRS feed

  • I added payment information on this page,

    partner.microsoft.com/en-US/dashboard/apps/signup

    and I used a Visa credit card to make the payment, but it was not successful.
    I used this credit card successfully before, but now I can't succeed.
    I changed another person's visa card to pay, but still failed.

    Also I changed browsers and even computer,failed again and again.

    It looks like a website issue. Please open a support ticket here: Contact Us.

    Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select Account setup and management for issue type.
