  • May I know when I can make Android and IOS Apps to Windows phone and When will that platform will be ready for the users...????

  • Android and iOS apps don't run on Windows Phone. But from Windows 10 you will be able to port or convert Android and iOS apps to a universal windows app that can be run on a (upgraded) Windows Phone.

    These new tools that will let you port these kind of apps to Windows 10 have not yet been released (the projects are still a work in progress) and there has been no official release date set yet so you will have to wait for the details: http://thenextweb.com/insider/2015/04/29/developers-can-convert-their-ios-apps-to-windows-10-apps/
