How to perform load testing on Windows Phone 8.1 mobile App RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have developed a Windows Phone 8.1 mobile app. Below are the technology stack:

    1. windows Phone 8.1 SDK

    2. Azure Mobile Service

    3. SQLite

Now we need to perform Load Testing with 100 concurrent users. I didn't find any tool to perform load testing on Windows Phone 8.1 App.

Can somebody suggest any tool for load testing(Windows Phone 8.1 mobile App)?

    Thanks,

    Hema

  • You don't load test the phone app, you load test the mobile service. You will have exactly one phone app user using the phone at any time.  You should look into tools that will record the traffic on the mobile app rather than the phone. You may be able to use fiddler to record the traffic using an emulator.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.
