Delegate Accounts for Windows Store RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Is there a way for a company that has an account setup to submit apps to the store delegate this process to their dev partners by creating additional accounts under the company’s main account? Many of our customers are getting their B2C apps built in collaboration with partners and having a delegation feature can help expedite the submission process. Is there a way of doing this and if so, how/where?

    Thanks

    Rajurs

  • Hi Rajurs,

This is Windows Forms forums where discuss Winform development issue. For more details about Winform, see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/8bxxy49h(v=vs.110).aspx.

I think you can get better help in Publishing Windows Store apps forum.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi Rajursp.

If you look at the developer dashboard, you will see that you are signed on using your Microsoft Account. This can either be your own = Individual Account or a Generic Logon - Company account.  We have seen Apps where a group of developers are working on, use a generic Company Email as there Microsoft Account and create there Windows Store Developer account.

They then share the Account, but only one of them will submit the App as intended.

    Hope this helps.
