installing VS Enterprise 2017 the install progress still at 0%. in many hour

When installing VS Enterprise 2017, the download completes successfully, but on many hour the install progress still at 0%.

Hi,
Please try to deactivate temporarily any anti-virus software, and uninstall all the other versions or components of VS from the computer then run the installer once again.
