  • Hi Gopra,

As far as I know, It is possible.

When you deploy an application to the server, If your vdi can access to the server, then download the application , install it in vdi, I think it is ok.

  • Hi Youjun,

Thanks for your reply, just one more query. Currently my MSI package has been convertedd to DAT file in the VDI, so the info (config file etc) is not readable to user . Will this can be achievable in ClickOnce Deployment.

  • Hi Gopra,

Have you deployed the MSI package to a server?

Then access the server in VDI.  Install the application via accessing the server.

  • Yes, that is possible. You can download the application from the source and then install it in oneclick.

As far as I know, it is possible on Citrix Virtual Desktop and Azure WVD and many other Windows-based Virtual operating environments.
