Problem about counter "PhysicalDisk(_Total)\% Disk Time"

Hi,

Could you please let me know the accept value range of counter "PhysicalDisk(_Total)\% Disk Time"?

I have already searched something from web, it's said that value will be under 90 in normal status.

Problem:
1, Please let me know whether that value will be 0~100?
2, In my test, during a system copy from c: to e: (totally 1 SCSI disk),
Avg. value of "PhysicalDisk(_Total)\% Disk Time" will be almost 1300.
Max. value of "PhysicalDisk(_Total)\% Disk Time" will be almost 2600.
Is it common? or indicate some problem?
