What does this mean- server storage quota has been exceeded?

Hello,

A quota specifies the storage limit values for the maximum amount of data that can be stored in a site collection. So this means you have too much data in your collection which exceeds the maximum amount of data.

I would suggest you change storage limits for a site collection to avoid the error.
