Exception from HRESULT 0XC00CE509

Question

Hi there i keep getting this error code every time my pc starts up i have tried using the .net fix tool but no luck 

the error is as follows 

Exception from HRESULT:0xC00CE509

I doubt this is a problem of the .NET Framework.
All I found for this error code seems to be a XML parser error:

XML_E_MISSINGWHITESPACE

0xC00CE509

Required white space was missing.

so what program is  displaying the error?

In order for us to investigate it further, could you share us more detailed information about the error message? What did you do before the error appeared?

In addition, what is your Windows System? Please check for updates and ensure that all pending windows updates have been installed and completed. Then, restart your computer and check if it disappears.
