Mail Flow issue with Exchange Server installed on Azure VM

Question

Hi, I am setting up an Exchange Hybrid lab in Azure.

Installation is successful, mail flow works fine internally but External email not working.

I see this error message in the queue viewer:

451 4.4.397 Error communicating with the target hosst. 421 4.2.1 Unable to connect -> SocketTimeout: Socket error code 10060

I have tried using two smarthost (SendGrid and EOP)

I would appreciate anyone who could from the community

Here is a great doc about troubleshooting outbound SMTP within Azure. Many subscriptions have this disabled, and typically you will need to follow up with a support request.
