Windows Form Designer not populating event drop-down menu

  • I have been following an article on the MSDN site to host a Windows Form from an MFC application. This article along with demo program work very well.

And one of the major benefit is my Window Form is in a separate .NET Project which allows me to use the Form Designer. The problem is, when I try to override an event of any control from the Properties menu, the drop-down does not populate any override functions. It drop-downs empty!

Has anyone seen this before? Thanks for your help.

  • My mistake! It looks like you need to type your own Event function string in the textbox next to a particular event and hit enter. This is new to me as I am coming from a MFC background.
