Could you provide a simplified sample code for us to reproduce the issue? so as to we can have a clear idea of figuring out the issue.
To Use LogMan for ETW Tracing,we will need the GUID for our provider. If we haven't installed the manifest for our provider, LogMan won't understand the name, so we will at least need the GUID to identify it. and Logman query providers need us be logged
on as a computer administrator to perform Event tracing for Windows (ETW).
