Cannot connect to my SMTP provider from my VM through port 25

Question

I have a pay-as-you-go subscription establishedmany years ago, and port 25 seems to be blocked. 

Also I am not able to create a new support request.

You can use SendGrid to send your Email within Azure.

If you would like to look into getting unblocked for port 25, your only option is to speak with support.
