On primes MFA activity or audit reports

Question

I would like to get the activity or user reports for my Azure MFA service. It is an on primes setup and the Azure AD logs do not have any info on the MFA users or logins.

To View reports, you can try the following steps:
1.Sign in to the Azure New portal.
2.On the left, select Azure Active Directory.
3.Select MFA Server.
4.Select Activity Report and check for the activity report.

I know this is an old thread, however it appears this functionality has been stripped out since Microsoft discontinued the on premise Azure MFA server. Is there another place this report is available?
