We have installed the TEE eclipse plug-in as a trial. We acquired a volume license for TEE. We follow the instructions of uninstalling the existing TEE (detaching projects first) and reinstalling with the one on the ISO, but the plug-in still thinks it's a trial license. How do we fix this?
That's fine. However, there _are_ no keys supplied with the volume license and our IT person vehemently denies that they're available. Help me either to gently lead him to enlightenment and acquire our keys or to locate the keys on the ISO.

Give this a try,
Extract the ISO using any ISO extracting tool or WinZip. After the files have been extraced, search for a file "setup.sdb".
Open the setup.sdb file using notepad and search for the string "[Product Key]" section. Your volume license product key should be listed under that section.
The keys in the Volume License Download Site are located in the download page for "Visual Studio Team Explorer Everywhere 2010". They are not in the download for "Visual Studio Team Explorer Everywhere 2010 with SP1" nor are they listed in the Product Key screen which has led to this confusion. Instead they are in the "Special Instructions" section of the original Visual Studio Team Explorer Everywhere 2010 download.
I'm seeing what we can do to clear up the confusion and make this easier for everyone - apologies.
I've the same problem as "_plinth_". We had installed TEE 2010 Demo version, and then we've purchased an VL version. This VL version does not comes with a Product Key. After dettach projects, uninstall plugin and then install it from .ISO dowloaded software, it prompts again for Product Key insertion...
Is this VL version anly available for eclipse fresh installations?
Thanks in advance.
