    I have posted this query in MS forum also. The they given below mentioned solution. But Still problem Existing.

    After research, my current suggestions are:

    1. Follow the general troubleshooting steps below:

    a. Can we manually download the update, and install it locally?,

    Let's bypass the network first.
    And, same errors?,

    b. Please try to uninstall the antivirus software, and use a clean boot. Then, try to install the updates again.
    a). Click Start -> Run
    b). Input msconfig and click OK.
    c). Click Service Tab and select Hide all Microsoft Services and select Disable All.
    Note: Please remember what you disable in step c&d.
    d). Click Startup Tab and select Disable All.
    e). Click OK and reboot the computer.

    c. we can try to rename, the following 3 folders, one by one to test.
    After disabling 3 services: Backgrond Intelli Service, Cryptographic Service, Windows Update
    Note: After testing to rename one folder, please start these 3 services and run Windows Update.

    d. Try to re-install Windows update agent:

    e. Try to reset Windows Update components:

    f. Try to run "sfc /scannow" and "chkdsk /f" on c: drive.
