    Any idea how to customize the menu when power point 2010 slide shown is running?

    I've installed Office 2010 Context Menus add-in, see here. The context menu name is "ContextMenuSlideShow". You can add a custom control to that menu.

    I reviewed the idMso of the PowerPoint 2010, it seems that there have no id which relate to the context menu which your mentioned.
