  • Hi,
    Does your website consume a WCF service or some other web service that needs to be authenticated?
    In my opinion, the errors usually occur when the client application(console application, web application and so on) consumes a WCF service which needs to be authenticated.
    For instance, the below WCF service created by wshttpbinding.
    WSHttpBinding binding = new WSHttpBinding();
                binding.Security.Mode = SecurityMode.Message;
                binding.Security.Message.ClientCredentialType = MessageCredentialType.Windows;

    when the client-side application consume this kind of WCF service, we should provide the window credential.
    WSHttpBinding binding = new WSHttpBinding();
                binding.Security.Mode = SecurityMode.Message;
                binding.Security.Message.ClientCredentialType = MessageCredentialType.Windows;

    Otherwise, the client-side application will produce “the caller is not authenticated by the server” similar error.
    In a word, I suggest you check the website if there is an invocation to the web service and if providing a corresponding credential. You can post the webconfig file located in the website.
    Feel free to let me know if there is anything I can help with.
    Best Regards
    Abraham
