Add-ins removed in next Visual Studio 2015 (formerly VS "14")

First, technically this seems to be good. My product once had a C++ addin which had many toolbar bottons, and it seems that C++ addin didn't fit for the cache mechanism of Visual Studio. Each time the Visual Studio launches, it takes about 10 seconds simply to load the C++ addin. After converting C++ addin to VS package, the launch latency was disappreaed.

The downside is that MS tends to terminate support for exist feature at its own wish, at last who will pay for the cost for porting existing add-in to VS package?
