How can I bring Windows Precision Gestures in WPF C# App?

 How can I get these features in my WPF application: Pinch from touchpad to ZoomIn and ZoomOut, Pinch from touchscreen to ZoomIn and ZoomOut and integrate the zoom scale with slider and text box?
