As far as I can see, there's nothing in .NET to do this directly.
You might need to use these avifile functions to do the work, more info :http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd743586(v=VS.85).aspx

Do you know know anything about how a .mpeg is made or where I can get useful documentation on that?
I mean I know how to get a screenshot. I can grab a few screenshots a second. I can even write a program to put all those screenshots together in an animation. So why is it such a leap of faith to create an .mpeg?
