Azure Copy RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Trying to copy build files from our local intranet machine to Azure VM (not a storage)for install testing. Total Files size are less than 5 GB. my plan is to create a build definition with the following task:
    > from the on premises build agent machine copy the files to the above VM.
On premises machine has the files.

I configured Azure file copy. it uses Azure subscription (services endpoint) account and followed the task document
i am getting the following error when i try to execute:
Service principal authentication is not supported in version

I searched online, didnt find any working solution. Please let me know if i am missing something or if there is a better solution.

    Thank you,

  • To clarify, are you using VSTS or TFS?

Also, which version of the task you are using?

    Could you share the logs?
