Hello Selvaons.
First of all, I suggest you to improve your C# knowledge: you could study one of the books published by Microsoft Press and listed at http://search.oreilly.com/?i=1;q=Visual+C%23;q1=Microsoft+Press;x=0;x1=publisher;y=0&act=fc_contenttype_Microsoft Press.
After that you can try taking one or more Microsoft certification exams: you can start with the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) developer exams, before moving to a higher certification level, like the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) or the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD). An exam targeting C# is the 70-483.Good luck for your studies and for your certification exams! ;-)
Bye.

You don't take a certification to "improve" your knowledge, but rather to "prove" your knowledge, after you have first improved it by using existing learning resources.
That said, the certification that deals most directly with C# is the "Programming with C# Specialist", which you btain by passing exam 70-483:

Dear Mr. Luigui Bruno,
I recommend you start with the Microsoft Virtual Academy courses. There are many courses for beginners in several interesting topics. I like that you can find courses of different difficulties and learn more. I recommend starting the basics of C # course for beginners and then move to other courses more difficult. This is the web address of the page: http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com
